Why not go to Mesa ? They have 30+ airframes on the way.

One real good reason is the pay rates. I will be making more in my second year at TSA than year FOUR on the 175 at Mesa.

Excellent point. QOL is not determined by pay alone... But it IS important. Second year F/O pay is decent at Trans States, but it's not what I'm basing my decision to go there on. I'm betting on the 18 month upgrade to dig me out of the F/O poverty wages. If not, (I know how conditions are constantly changing) the 2nd year F/O pay at Trans States is less much painful than what's offered at Mesa...

Disregard.

Was curious why an Indepence Air pilot was starting at TSA. Then I saw the FA stuff.
