I'm gonna go with complete revocation of all certificates. I've heard of people gettin 90 day suspensions for not writing up a landing light. I always try and take the attitude that its gonna be that real A$$HOLE of an inspector thats just lookin to hang someone that is gonna ramp me.
Remember...its the companys job to get the freight there. Its your job to fly the plane. Of course there gonna try and push you to fly. Its your job to say no. After all you think once your tickets get pulled the companys gonna keep paying you until you find another livelyhood?

Oh yah...if your flying PAX around in IFR I don't think it would be too much of a stretch for the feds to try and bring some sort of criminal charges against you as well.
