I did the phone interview on September 10th.
I felt that it went pretty well. I guess it could go either way for me. I was really proud of a couple of my answers, others I wish I could have a second crack at. Obviously whats done is done I can't go back but ...well you know.

Ain't interviewing fun.

The lady on the phone told me 4-6 weeks for a call if things went well. Do they let you know sooner if its things went poorly?

I don't think anyone knows the answer to that. This "talent acquisition team" hasn't been very forthcoming with their process. I guess you could hear something sometime. Congrats on at least getting the phone interview. Good luck..
