I don't think I've ever filled out an airline app that asked for a CFI exp. date. I can't see it mattering much anyway. ATP MEL is all you need.

To get your CFI reinstated your going to have to take the checkride again.

So let me get this right, on airline apps it asks if you have a cfi rating and the date of issue. It says nothing about the expiration date. You guys are saying if your cfi has lapsed, you would still put it becuase technically you have the certificate still? Is there anything unethical about that?

You raise an interesting point and I retract my earlier statement. List the expired CFI only if it asks for an expiration date.

In any event, it's irrelevant on a legacy app. They'll see you instructed on your work history. They'll ask "how you got your start," at the interview.

No, check illegal alien female......then sue them if you get turned down for the street captain, Memphis based MD-10 line holding, weekend and holidays off position at FedEx.

You'll win and FedEx will settle with millions paid out to you....
