How Do You Keep From Falling Asleep?

I just go ahead and fall asleep, when ATC screams at me I wake up. Seriously, there are a bunch of things that keep you awake..... Knowing that POS plane your flying could fall apart at any time, your head occasionally hitting the ceiling because your in a storm, the night light of your engine being on fire, talking to yourself and my favorite...... your naked and your heater is out. WHO HAS MORE TO ADD?

Former Airnet? Just spent a year in a Caravan doing stp-mdw-dsm-stp... upgraded to the lear last month, not sure if the company will last though.
