The FAA is currently on a runway-incursion campaign. That's why taxi diagrams have "hotspots" listed and such. The taxiway designation system in IAH is clearly a point of confusion for a great deal of pilots, so in the interest of preventing runway/taxiway incursions, the system should be re-designated to mirror that of every other frickin' airport in the country. There is no logical reason to do things differently than every other airport. There's a reason that standardization in pushed in every aspect of aviation.
