I beg to differ. Horizon pilots leave the company because they want to upgrade!! Not only that, the current contract they have is a touchy subject.
If I had the chance, I would work there. I'm from the WA/OR area.

As far as the current contract being a touchy subject. If by that you mean we don't like some aspects of it, then I guess it's touchy. However, like any other contract there are going to be some bad parts. We still are the highest paid in the regionals especially when you add in the total compensation package (the best 401k match out there, medical, etc). That, by the way won't change next year or the next year, or maybe the next year....whenever we actually amend our current contract. (It becomes amendable in April of '06)
