At 29.91 FL180 is no longer available.

29.92 or higer: lowest usable FL is 180.
29.91- 28.92: lowest usable FL is 190.
29.81-27.92: lowest usable FL is 200.

This is based on Canadian regs, so I am not sure how these compare to the FAAs.

Slight mistype there, eh, on the last one. Other than that, same as U.S.
