Yeah it sucks, but I think Comair did the only thing they could. There
is no way they would have been able to check legalities on anything
with all the info locked up in the computer. SBS is a garbage and their
product support is even worse. It's hit and miss at best during
normal hours and I bet during Christmas they told them there was
nothing they could do. I've been on receiving end of that at
night during a non-holiday period.
