Help deciding what plane to get if any!

I flew out of an FBO that was higher up than you, in western NM, and they had a C-172 for a rental aircraft. A tuned exhaust helped it substantially for climb rate

That's a nice aircraft. The only problem is in the description it says it comes with jumper cables, that doesn't instill a lot of confidence
