I've been reading all the negative posts about Flexjet. I would like to hear from all of you that like your jobs. We all took this job for a reason 11 years ago or less. I know that this was, and remains to be, the best job of my life. Do I have my problems here? Yes. There is no perfect situation. I would like to see many more gateways, no early morning first day callout and better health coverage. I know that PBS is for the company not the pilots. I know that many people were flat lied to about upgrades for years. (Not the fault of the company. It's more the fault of people in HR that couldn't predict the future growth of the company. I guess nobody predicted 9-11 or other economic downturns.) What we must remember is the company is growing, we have better products and the industry has noticed. I.e. The recent buyout talks with Penske.
What I ask is this, all the silent majority of please let your feels be know on this string. Let some of the people reading from the outside know that we have crews that are professional and respect the company and or owners. Please follow Mr Roger's prime directive, I you can't say anything nice....

(I'm on my after clean-up break, Bogart--HA!) or being accused of not following the Rogers principal (personally, I think I do that more than most here) I wish to pose a question. Why are you implying (yes, the implication is there, even down to the trailed off sentence) that the pilots who choose to be proactive in solving the problems you mention are not professional, don't respect the company, and possibly the owners? What factual data do you have to base that accusation upon? I can't believe that other frac pilots are that different from NJ pilots. Not only are the two attitudes mutually exclusive --you can hold one without giving up the other--but the case can be made (based on experiences of NJ pilots) that union organizers bend over backwards to make sure they give the company no cause for complaint. "Hostages" can, and are, taken during negotiations and (presumably) organizing drives. NJW
