Ricci hates the Union not the Flight Option pilots. He will always take care of the Options guys once the Union is gone. There are a lot of pilots that have been with him for a long long time.

You forget that Ricci was back on the property calling the shots when the 70 got Riffed? Then used Scheeringa as the scape goat for that? Nope. You couldn't be more wrong (as usual) I have worked with some great companies that there management was AAA class. Never in a million years would I even of thought of the Union word with them..Sadly Flops isn't one of them..
