No hard days off, but we only fly an average of 5 days per month. 3 pop ups in 8 years. 2 weeks vacation. If we need a weekend off, we make sure a contract guy is available.

6 weeks on 6 weeks off, you can go hiking skiiing drive around, and no calls off is off .....


6 weeks off!!! That's nice, but it must feel strange to get back in the saddle after that much time off. Of course, by the end of 6 weeks on, I bet you're ready for a break.
 
I guess I've been lucky throughout my career. I've always had some hard days off scheduled. Last job was eight hard days off with several surprise days off a month.
