I think, if a passenger boards an RJ and says "I thought this flight was going to be on a jet," they should be arrested and charged under 121 CFR "interfering with a crew member."

Had someone make that comment while waiting on us to take him to FLO. I told him the next flight was a jet and he should ask to be re-booked if he wanted to avoid the prop. He got re-booked. I wasn't there to see the reaction when the next Dash 8 pulled up..

ha ha that's classic...I fly for a fractional and airline every week ...and yes A LOt of RJs ,And turboprops....I have the utmost confidence and respect for all you regional pilots , for your ability and the amount of crap you guys put up with......Unfortunately accidents do happen
