I saw a good thing today. I was in grabbing a bite to eat in 'E' concourse before my flight out. It was extremely packed with not much room anywhere. A very tired/haggard looking mom was pushing around a stroller filled with the loudest, most pissed off baby I've ever heard, looking for a table to eat at. Most people were looking at mom to see why she didn't shut the baby up.

An equally tired looking Delta FO had just taken the last open table and was about to dive into his lunch/dinner. Noticing that the lady had no options to sit, he got up and helped her push her stroller to the table that he just occupied. He cleared his food off and sat next to me at one of the high tables.

No high-powered, shiny, high dollar ad campaign could garner the results that this guy got in the eyes of the folks who saw what he did. A real professional.
