As I mentioned, the comment came from a UPS guy. It was strictly concerning UPS. Yeah, they may have some efficiency issues, but it also wouldn't surprise me if this was just management working psychological warfare as a prelude to their contract negotiations.
 
Can anyone confirm the January new hire class at FedEx? I'm hoping for a late Christmas gift.
