Do the associates RN. Many community colleges have the program and team up with a hospital to place RN's. Also, keep in mind, some hospitals are starting to only hire nurses with a BSN. It will become the standard soon, but you can probably sneak in with a associates RN. Once you have that, there are actually online courses to convert ASN to BSN.
