They may be hiring NJA after the debacle in front of Congress and the subsequent media hysteria.

Pentastar had some ads up awhile ago but I'm not sure if that's the GM flight department or some other auto company.
 
CNBC just announced this morning (11/21) that GM is selling 2 of its jets.


Which 2? They have 7 total according to NBAA........

2 G-Vs & 5 G-350s

Is it just the 2 that the reporters saw the executives getting out of at DCA?
 
They were planning on selling the two for a while as I understand it-originally the plan was to do it without any personnel changes but last word was that may not work out.

Don't know where you heard they were hiring but I would check again.

As for security, it's still a very good job (even without the perks it used to have) and GM isn't going anywhere. The flight department is a very necessary part of their business-those planes fly their asses off.
