My .02 to any new hires..
go somewhere else.. even stay with your regional job if you have a chance of upgrading.. there is not much flying at gemini.. i averaged about 300-500 hours a year.. nice crews.. that was it.. planes were in horrible condition.. flying across the pond with 11 mels... an "airline" with 7 airplanes and the promise of growth for the last 4 years doesnt hold any promise of a good future.. the business is about seniority.. go somewhere else that shows growth and stay there.. the only reason why they are hiring is that they are losing people.. the only people who stay are those with good seniority.. even so, a capt at top pay barely makes 100k per year base.. on the road 18+ days a month.. go to netjets.. even people who have been there for 10+ years are looking around.. doesn't say much about the place or it's management
just my .02
 
Not to mention getting to fly with "Mr. Woodcock" every now and then makes for a fun 18 days!:D
