Dave Siegel:

Please stop whining. It requires so much of your own time and effort, and it's rather unbearable for the rest of us to wade through.

"You are wrong. That is not at all how it went down and we made NO deal regarding the WA."

Bitch all you want but Herb even alluded to it in an article in the paper last week.

Can you be more vague? You can whine all you want but we never agreed to the WA. There is no deal (Show me in writting). Herb may have made a verbal deal at some point (according to the myth), but even if that is true we don't know any part of said agreement. It is disengenuous to state that SWA isn't playing by the rules or is reneging on an agreement in fighting the WA. It is a lousy rule and we never agreed to it. After years of fighting we gave it a rest. I guess the rest is over.

"When people say I agreed to it {Wright Amendment}, yeah, the same way Germany agreed to an armistice after World War I... at the point of a gun."

Herb Kelleher, founder of Southwest Airlines responding to Attorney Dee Kelly's incredulous remark that Herb Kelleher wrote the Wright Amendment himself

Like I already said:

"You guys better check yourself, because this little Southwest Snob Act you have going on is NOT COOL at all. I still believe that there are great people at Southwest. YOU are proving to be the exception to the rule.

But I still LUV Southwest and I hope WE continue to do great!!!!:D"

I think the vast majority of you are first rate, but there are 4-5 of you on this forum who are really not very nice at all. I'm wondering why nobody is coming to your defense?

You should learn a lesson from Chase and watch your manners.

Dave Siegel:

I've read about 80 of your other posts on this forum, and I know I'm not the only one who thinks you might have a little medical problem called "diarrhea of the keyboard." I don't think it's snobbish or a demonstration of bad manners to point out that you're whining. On the contrary, I think it's a real public service for me to do a little intervention and ask that you engage some sort of common sense filter between your brain and your fingertips before they attack your keyboard again. Best of luck during your recovery.

I'm sorry.

I changed my AVATAR.

I'll try to be nicer.

I was just kidding.

I didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings.

Dave,
Just a little FYI for you...
On the first day of training for SWA the groundschool instructor was able to list everybody in the class by their Flightinfo username. No BS.

This board is read by more people than you would ever imagine. You are not anonymous.
You want to fly for WN? Act like it.
