Thanks, I use typical completion weights for performance unless stated otherwise. For instance, spec. operating weight for the Gulfstream G550 is 48,300 lbs (which is slightly more than the one I fly weighs) but some customers go for all the techno-luxo options while others want showers and bedrooms so the typical operating weight is 48,700 lbs (with a crew of four).

The typical operating weight for a Challenger 300 is 24,200 lbs which means some will weigh more, some will weigh less.

It's a good looking aircraft at a nice price point, enjoy flying it.
