What is the going rate for a G-IV PIC/SIC in Florida? Part 135 with some 91, International and domestic flying aprox 400-500 year.

The only numbers I have are Pro Pilot Salary Survey, but they show the AVG G-4 Charter PIC makes $121K per year and the SIC makes $70K per year. I have found these numbers to be fairly reliable for South Florida Charter operators.
