Have a good suggestion for a fuel stop between Chicago and Phoenix need at least two runways at 5,000 feet min each, an ILS and cheep Jet-A? Thanks.

Salina, KS and Pueblo, CO should be close enough? Both have Flower Aviation, and everything else you're looking for. If you get to swing thru Scottsdale, be sure you go check out the scenery at RA sushi. Mum Mum...

Amarillo - KAMA

Cheap gas and an ILS with a 13,500 x 300 runway. Can't mess that one up. Well...maybe the occasional Air Force nugget.

KAMA is a great quick turn unless there are some KC-135s in the pattern. The FBO was in and out. But count on some delay getting out of there after the engines are started!

Garden City is real nice. Usually got a great deal on AvTrip points!!!

Can't beat the free cookies at Flower Aviation. Do they still have the deal where if you call on the radio before you land they give each pilot two free steaks?

They will give you so many steaks per 100 gallons of fuel purchased. Depending on the time of year it can range from 2-5 or more steaks per 100 gallons. A word of wisdom; you can negotiate a lower fuel price by passing on the free goodies.

Although, I turn down the steaks in favor of AvTrip points. :D
