I will throw in my 2 cents.... To the Spirit guys, I'm one of ya. Kinda surprised with the run ya out of business type attitudes. My ole man worked at EAL. I don't wish that upon anyone. Loosing their job. I moved out in 4th grade to live with my grandparents for 6 months cause we were broke.
To the Frontier guys. Good luck. Franke is a POS. I saw on another board how excited Frontier guys because the company was being kind to them. Opening new bases to be pilot friendly etc... I can tell you this. Franke is not going to help/be kind to the pilots. As the SWA guy said. Look at America West. Look at NK. Do you recall we went on strike? That had nothing to do with BBB. That was all Franke. Guess what. We opened bases a year or two before the strike. LGA and SJU. Not because it was pilot friendly, they closed 6-8 months later. Franke will do what makes the most financial sense. God help you guys! No way would I want to be under Franke's helm again. Life sucked from 07-10
