Well folks before you get excited about EJA you should be aware of the current contract talks or lack there of. Started last April and they will be dragging this thing out for years. So far the only tenative TA's that have been agreed to are chicken cra*. Last I heard they were going back and forth on LOA verbage. It will be years till they get to the pay and bene's sections. EJA has way too many applicants to be in any hurry. So mind the store folks in my state the unemployment beneifits and pay are better than my first year at EJA. Other than that things are just great.
