With all the growth in the fractional world, new companys, old companys expanding as quickly as possible.... Will this mean an oversatured market like the regionals of today. Once again posing many problems for the empoyees and unions?

I guess it could be oversaturated, but remember this, these planes are sold. The airlines put out flights and seats hoping that they will sell.

I couldnt afford to work at a regional so I can't really compare.....but at NJA the pay is great, schedule is great, lotsa time off is great, people are great.

I feel real sorry for anyone at a regional
