Obviously, there's a lot at stake for the Options pilots and families, and the stress level is, understandably, running high. History tells us that calm deliberations will serve you best. Easier said than done I know full well...
It is my hope that mutual respect for the right of others to have an opinion will guide the debate along with recognition that the majority of us in the frac community want to see the Flt Ops pilotgroup get the fair deal they have already earned -- many times over. Best of luck to all of you as you decide if this TA -- overall, not just the wages -- is fair enough to get your vote. NJW
