Thanks for clearing up my confusion, Yosemite. I've heard the same thing about Mr. BRUNET from my husband. That was an expensive lesson for Options to learn! I can't imagine that they'd be in a hurry to repeat it, any time soon...:)
That makes Will something of a "trail blazer" wouldn't you say?
 
What was the final determination in the Brunet, Jeter, Tumlin v. Flight Options law suit? Was there an admission of wrong doing? A published settlement? Are the three pilots still employed in aviation?
