No stapler. You must have missed subsection ii,iii, and iv. Which cover the method of integration. Negotiation and arbitration. IBT cannot staple a new pilot group to our list.... Hey unless the arbiter decides thats how it should be done.

Even if you were stapled you are better off than you are now. Without a contract seniority is meaningless. You can be furloughed out of seniority promoted demoted. Rules can change at the whim of management.

But say you are right.... Shouldn't you vote in the IBT ASAP to avoid the Stapler? just trying to make sense of your rants.

A TA is tentative...even after being voted through, if there is a total buyout (not "merger") by another company that does NOT have IBT, your "contract" means nothing...It is no longer that company...the new company did not sign, nor are they bound by any such agreement. <--------
...and the way they get away with this is the same way these cretons have been doing it for years...by pointing out that you will be "interviewed" by the new company... <-----
