FLOPS former Hawker PM back during some month of MAY

See, there is this former Hawker program manager. I won't mention his name although I almost did when I wrote an Editorial last May. He tried to cover up sucking in engine plugs, tried to "relieve" a crew of the second segment climb performance requirements
etc..

Please, add what you know;

I remember having a jammed pilots seat that with my 6' 2" frame made it impossible to enter full control authority. I told him it was a safety of flight issue and he asked me if I wanted to come to Cleveland for a sit down.
