No, but I know most airlines stay at the Sheraton Yankee Clipper and the Westin on the Beach. I would start there. Also try the Marriott Courtyard.
 
There is a Ramada out by I-95 that gives a crewmember discount. They have a Tiki bar out by the pool that may or may not be open. Their vans tow trailers to pick up all the cruise ship rejects and their associated trunks. It sucked when the airline paid for it, so if you're going to pay for it, I don't know if it would be worth it. Even with a discount.
 
I've been sleeping on my brother n laws couch about a mile away. I'll pull out the air mattress if your price is right.
