I understand they were interviewing for a Nashville base last week.

I have about 4200 tt with 1300 EMB-145 and 1500 hours PIC 135(King Air/Navajoe) with an internal recommendation and I live in Nashville. I applied three months ago and NOTHING.............so what does it take to get a call from Flight Options??

I am a foreigner by the way..........green card holder/Permanent resident status, but not a citizen.....................could that be the problem??

why would you go that low to apply there. Is it not a sign that everyone is leaving! I would rather go to a regional and wait 5 years then go to FLOPS and wait 10 to be a captain. That is if they are there in 10 years.

You are over Qualified

You have too much experience. They are looking for pilots with 1200 to 1500 hours, single, living at parents house and think $20,000 a year is alot of money.
Raytheonn is showing big losses and the share holders will demand it to be dumped soon enough.

Many are hiring.
Good Luck
