Many difficult decisions were made as the
company pursued Safety, Service, and Profitability.
The good news is that in spite of mistakes and still not being profitable, Flight Options has come a long way
this year.
Does anyone at FLOPs really need an interpretation of this phrase ? Good luck on any payraise. Unfortunately, it's time to look elsewhere.

Unions

If they are haveing road shows, you can bet your bootie they are having hartburn about the unions intrusion...

Stick with it guys, send in that card...It will make a difference !! :angryfire

Actually you are incorrect. Do you think NJA is profitable? No

The contracts that the owners sign have a clause that addresses unionization or employee pay increases. It would not cost the company a penny and if anything would help lead to profitability as well.

I know NJA is profitable. All one needs to do is read the BRK annual reports to see it. Why do you believe that NJA is not making a profit? Do you believe that the BRK SEC filings are fraudulent?

VP Ops.

Bob Tyler is a pretty darn good guy. Give him a chance and see if things don't get better. He left a very good job to come over there and if he had any faults in his past employment, it was that he actually cared about the pilots who worked for him. Having said that if a union is what you need to put your house in order, so be it, but it should not reflect on the person in this case.

Ditto. I met Bob in a former life. He did actually care. You guys still need a union to protect you from the rest of the toads within the company.

Can you please post this for all to see?

You didn't understand what I was referring to possibly.

All it meant was that they do NOT intend to give you a raise at all. Now is the time to FIGHT or look elsewhere. It looked like a subliminal message to the "employees." NO PROFIT...um...no raises. But we are ALMOST there....riiiiiiight. Just more management bullcrap.

I have watched your posts for a year now and bascially your an assh*le that whines about everything. The airlines are full of little dribbles like you. Why don't you just take a hike and quit as nothing will ever satisfy your gian ego, much less your career path. Sorry SOB for sure!
