Nice post, QOL! The more you learn about the way the Options pilots are being treated the easier it is to understand why they've drawn the line. Absolutely their cause is justified and they fully deserve a fair contract.
FltOps folks, I'm of the opinion that it's always darker before dawn and it sure seems to me that you guys are due some sunshine. You've stood together thru some hard times and remained strong even in Sheeringa's reign of intimidation. Resolve like that pays off. Hang in there! Like QOL said, it's worth it in the end.
