It is one thing that a manager is working against the pilots to get the union out, which is understandably part of their job.
It is totally another when a line pilot is going above and beyond to work against a contract in which he will benefit
He is probably hoping for a management position since he meets one of the main qualifications. Living in Chardon which is just a 20 minute drive from CGF.
