What's the latest news regarding the Teamsters effort to "unionize" Flight Options? I had dinner with a Pilot last night that said he thought it wasn't going to happen. I just saw a Flight Options Crew (old Raytheon Travelair Hawker 800XP Pilots) today that said they sent in their cards to the Teamsters a while ago. Anyone know what the status is? Just curious...

I am also interested in hearing whether the folks on this board think it will be a good move or not for Flight Options Pilots to have a union, Teamsters or not.

Thanks- RJ

The teamsters suck, I have been one for two and half years and all they think about is how many they can recruit for dues and then when they got you, raise them. ALPA is no better.. They should create a new Frac union that includes regional jet companies..

I heard Ricci at Flt. Opt. was trying to fire everyone that's backing the push for a union. Anyone have any input on this??
