That's nice. The guy that just took over Flex from Bombardier gives the entire Flops organization ( union and non-union ) a 0% match.

When the benefits package was announced last Fall, management told us that they had to fight hard for us to get all that we ended up with. Assuming that statement is true, it doesn't sound like Kenn was just over joyed to let it remain in place.
