They take about $85 out per paycheck for medical/dental. You have a couple of plans to choose from. A couple of HSA's (I don't remember all the details about these because we did not choose them) and POS. We found POS to be better for our family of 5. Co-pay is $20/$40 depending on if the doctor is a specialist. I don't think we have a deductible but we pay 80/20 on all major items with participating doctors/facilities. The insurance is decent. We get 2 dental checkups paid for a year per person. Max paid for prescription is $40. Just depends on what it is. I have some that are $8 and some that are $40. Generics are always cheapest. They use Aetna which is a pretty broad network so finding participating doctors/facilities isn't difficult at all. They also have flex spending which is helpful for families.

Hope that helps. Flexjet has been great for our family for a long time. As stated before, nothing is perfect, but for the most part it has taken care of us well.

I only flew about 400 hours last year and, by the way, upgrade time is NOT 4 years. Upgrade time right now is roughly 2.5 years give or take a month. Also, I heard we will be over 31 Challenger 300's by years end; there are 21 right now so, if you do the math, that's a need for an additional 25 Captains and over 30 F/O's just in that fleet and, that doesn't include normal attrition. So figure, that's at least 55 spots of movement just for that fleet. The figure is more like just over a 100 with the lear fleets so, if you're within say 75 numbers of being captain, you roughly have a year and a few months left to upgrade.

Is emailing Karen the best way to get a resume to her? I've tried faxing, emailing, etc. Besides, I have 6 yrs frac experience!:)
