What you got my friend was some pretty decent OVERTIME compensation. It is what it is boys and nothing more.

As I see it Flexjet is all smoke and mirrors!
If a company produces and maintains it's planes along with supplying it's own training to employees the cost is only the bare minimum not what they charge i.e.. Wholesale vs. Retail.
From what I understand the parent company Bombardier charges Flexjet full price and then some for everything! This is hidden profit in that they are taking from one ledger pad and putting it on others so it's harder to see. With the way things are going at Bombardier Flexjet is it's life blood keeping them afloat.
Flex will only bleed red ink when Bombardier needs to keep the employees in line

I used to work for Flex and Personally I never had any problems with management. But I know those that did. I don't know if a union will help or not, but I talked to some friends that still work there and they seem to think that the union drive will fail, like it has in the past, because it is the minority that is making all the noise. I do truly wish Flex becomes more competative and adds more aircarft to the fleet, as oppose just upgrading.

They still have a 2 year contract and are still hiring at a good rate. I hope all my ex partners are doing well, and I'll see you on the road.
