Flexjet Phone Interview

From what I read usually the phone interviews are done by the HR personnel and you are given an interview date right there and then, correct?

I got the call from the CL604 CP on Monday for a phone interview.
But he didn't say anything about an interview date, just that he filled in the sheet for the phone insterview.

Is that good???

When I applied, I received a phone interview and was offered a person to person interview that week.

From what I understand, you are offered an interview on the phone. If you did not receive the offer . . . Who knows, they are becoming very selective in the hiring. Good luck.

Broken Spoke is correct on the selectiveness. When I interviewed, there were 5 of us and only 3 made it. Karen with HR said that they only hire 1% of the resumes and interviewees that they see.
