It’s a simple question to answer if you ask yourself a few simple questions:
1. Where are the highest paid pilots? Are they Non Union or Union?

2. Do you think you have a better chance having a voice to changes that effect Safety or QOL as a unrepresented individual or a collective group(Union)?
3. Where is the best chance at a Retirement? Union or Non Union?
4. If you could walk into your dream Pilot Career tomorrow? Is it Unionized?

With 90% of all Professional Pilots represented by a Union, I am willing to gamble and take a guess the answers are Unionized.

Now we all need to participate and work together that is what a Union is and it’s called Solidarity!
I know your going to hear the roar “Anybody but the Teamsters.”
It’s not the big bad Teamsters YOU are your local 1108. The President and VP, Business Agent, and all your Negotiators are Line Pilots. We have a Teamster advisor and Lawyers. We would be stupid to not have people with experience in contracts and contract negotiations at our side during the process.
It’s simple! VOTE IBT1108!

(a Netjeter here)

it's even simpler than that. way simpler

ask yourself. could you do this job without a union? imagine scheduling calls you at 5am "your show time was 9am. but get your ass to the airport asap.
passengers want to leave early"

Flex pilots,
This Decert vote is a really big deal for our profession! That is why we have received multiple letters of support from other organizations. (NJASAP, SWAPA, CAPA, APA and more to come). WHY?
Pilots don’t vote Unions out! Never in history has it been done.
They do from time to time vote to switch representation. This is opposite what FW and PD have been spewing for years about ALPA and Teamsters!

I just finished watching the All Hands meeting and It should have been titled Pilot Empowerment meeting. It was the most pilot friendly meeting Kenn has ever given! “The Pilots really run this company”, We have to listen to them”. WOW!
One has to conclude He is pulling out all of the stops to get rid of this Union! Additionally, there is no way He is going to be able to hire 160 pilots. They can not even keep up with attrition.
I am willing to bet you are going to see a more pilot friendly flight operations. My advise, enjoy it while it lasts! It won’t last long!

Yep, just like the last time. Right before the last vote, dispatch was treating us really like professionals. The day after the last vote, it was back to the condescending tone.
What was the Immelman award reference about? These are the pilots that we hold up in high esteem. Does that include Jim Eppley? The guy that went after another pilot's wife when he was away working? How quickly we forget the history of this place.

Remember: with a union you have rules to protect your professional position. Without a union you have someone who makes decisions based on a whim. If he has a bad day well you know what rolls downhill. With a union that downhill roll is stopped in its tracks. The boss and his little band of bullies can't wave that bs magic wand and call FW and PD in and tell them to organize whatever.....now we have rules. You will be able to sleep at night. The favorite games have to stop.

You know mr 2n everybody thinks this way but the ones taken in by your fluff will obviously disagree. They have their upgrades in mind and wow if they can jump over 100 crew seniority numbers you would have made more FOK's.

ChicLittleA.jpgNow who's acting like "Chicken Little"?

Shanes,

Lumpsum is obviously tied in with the "Decert" idiots and is trying to make a correlation between the industry wide support of IBT Local 1108, the prediction that OneSky pilots will be shunned and treated like Leper's if they vote for "No Representation" and the fact the Phil Delis has been affectionately nicknamed after the same lovable cartoon character.
