Pretty obvious Fuzzy Wuzzie doesn't know what he's talking about. At CitationShares we DON'T have a union and we received a BETTER raise than NetJets. You don't need a union, just a good management team.

Bogart,
For god's sakes give it up!!! If your pay was so much better then NJA you won't have to talk about it all the time. Seems to me you have some sort of complex that makes you post how great your pay is all the time. For the last time you don't make more then NJA, get over it move past it. You got a good deal, thanks to the contract coming through at NJA. However if you want to compare pay stubs/W2s, to make yourself feel more like a man then I will gladly do it. You will lose, but if that is how you measure yourself then I would gladly help you out.

I have met some of your esteemed management team. One of the guys I met was cool the other one was a tool, just like all management at all flying places, your team is no better then any other mangement team. Do I think they are making the right move by opening up their gateway system while NJA is closing down theirs, yes. Do I think that the pay looks good on paper, YES. Will this hurt NJA recuiting the best pilots, maybe. Time will tell. However you can't compare intangables. QOL, time off, bennies, available equipment, all huge deals.

By the way, this thread was about Flex not CS or NJA......

I have been at NJ for 1.5 years. I would be willing to bet my net earnings were more than anyone at CS for the year 2005. And that includes only making 27K for the first half of the year before bypass pay.
