I just left Flex after 1 year. It's a great company with lots of great people.
I left only because of financials, but if I was looking for a good job flying great airplanes with great people I would not pass up an opportunity to fly for FlexJet.

In addition to the company's needs at the time, the aircraft you are assigned also may depend on your background. For example, in my new hire class there were 6 of us. The 4 guys with the airline experience went to the Challenger 300 and 2 of us freight dogs went to the Learjet 45. But, it is all at the discretion of the company.

It's all moot anyway. It's inevitable that all of you hired will be lear captains within a 3 year time frame anyway.
