Mins are 2500TT, 500 multi, 500 Jet, ATP.
Pay starts in the low-mid $30's up to the high $30's and low $40s for FOs from years 1-3. You are graced a year in the Captain pay scale upon upgrade. i.e., If it takes you 3 years to upgrade, you start at 2nd year Cpt. pay (high $50's). The most recent upgrades were hired early 2000.
There is adequate per diem, and an excellent benefits package. The company is in good financial shape. (knock on wood)
