Medical, yes we have it, it starts on day one and if you are healthy it is good, if you are not, it is AETNA and it SUCKS.
Vacation, Year 1 through 3 you get 2 vacations per year. Each is a minimus of 13 days off. 4 days off before your actual vacation, 5 days of vacation and another 4 days off before your next rotation. Going into your 4th year you get 3 of these. Can't remember when the 4th one comes. Don't really want to take 2 in the same bid period though because the guarenteed pay is gone, you get paid for what you work.
Sick time, yes we have it, not sure how it works. It is in out Handbook, and that is where I don't know!!!
Bonuses are based on how the company did the previous year, your attendance and time away from base. They are usually paid in April or May, don't really remember.
The seniority here is based on hire date. Upgrades are based on where you fall in that. The only people that got passed for upgrades were the ones that took a 2 year seat lock when we got the CL300. Most of them have upgraded now though.
If there are several people in the class, the seniority for that class date will go from the oldest in class to the youngest.
Yes, no union for now at Flex, but I understand that we are over half way there with cards sent in. Who knows what will really happen. The drive started in February I think and we only have half the required number needed.
