Not saying this is true or false But its not the first time KR has flat out lied about a Deal, new Fleet, More planes or a million other things. I can see why a rumor like this would benefit him right now and then when it doesn't happen, he will just say it was a business deal that we couldn't agree on like CA..Oh wait that was the unions fault!!

Great question.

The answer is, the don't.

The FO DO have to give up their seniority numbers, but if(when) FO merges with FJ, they get to keep their FO hire date at FJ. I suspect that merger is happening sooner than FJ pilots think. Uncle Ken is a sneaky one.

You are assuming that FO pilots will take this FJ offer. It will be interesting to see if they do. It could be that very few will want to be stapled. Then again, I don't know how bad it is over there at FO. In any case, it is an interesting scheme.

Maybe an FO or two who would rather fly a Cl30 instead of a beech junk...and get paid more.

That's a good point, if FJ acquires so many more CL30s, they would hire into the right seat. I don't think it is going to be a big number exiting from FO to FJ.
