What's the likelihood or probability of a newhire getting the CL300 vs. other aircraft in the fleet? Are most newhires getting the L40/45?

They are hiring into the 300 right now. Must have ATP, 1st class medical, 2500 total, 500 multi and 500 turbine.

yall must have some kinda inside info. Nothing on the web, when I try calling Karen, she's never there. How do someone every get through?

Send in just your resume. She does not need to have a cover letter. The info is on our personal company website regarding their hiring, so you will not be able to see it. Dont bother trying to call Karen because she is just too busy. Just fax her. It helps a bunch if you have an inside contact that has flown with you.
