That is correct. I recently purchased one even though I am not an FFDO. I've flown with a few CAPTs that had the form you need to order. The only model available for this offer is the HK USP40 Compact LEM with Tritium night sites installed. All in all a great weapon. The price includes shipping and handling, but not the charge the firearms dealer charges...mine was $30.

You can go to the HK website and you will find the "Airline Pilot Off" form that you can download, or even call them directly. They will need a copy of your Certificate and Airline ID.

Another idea is just go attend the FFDO school and get one for free.....

I'm glad for that. It's better than nothing, but it has a terrible trigger.
