It is usually a rite of passage handed down from generation to generation...didn't your ferry godmother tell you that?
 
Find an airplane broker that is willing to let you deliver for them. Sometimes they like to have people do it with experience in different airplanes.
 
You might want to give eBay and AeroTrader.com a shot. I can't speak from a firsthand perspective about how well this works, buy I see ferry pilots sending their contact info to buyers/sellers on there quite frequently.
