Thanks for the info. I'm about 12+ months from being available and still have yet to get my ATP...should I still submit a profile at FedEx and just update later or wait until I get it done?

I would say submit your App and update it. A friend of mine was hired with just the ATP test, had not done his flight yet. I am pretty sure they call based on availability date, but I would say never too early to get into the system.
